Giovannio x Cha Cha's House -- Roxy

A classic black boater, but with a little bit of spice. Roxy is a stiff brim classic wool felt black boater. The trim is a black satin ribbon with gold metallic polka dots finished with a gold tipped feather.

Designed by hat maker Cha Cha's House Of Ill Repute in her studio in NYC, for the Giovannio X Cha Cha's House label.
