Bewitched; a wide-brimmed hat from Cha Cha's House of Ill Repute, is handcrafted in New York City and features a six-inch tall tapered crown. The 3.5" brim is trimmed with long raffia fringe. Hand-Blocked from Sea Grass & finished with all-natural raffia and a wide olive ribbon with a bow detail.
